How long will it take my order to ship?
We ship out daily with USPS, so most orders are on their way within 1 business day. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships. During high-demand or restock periods, there may be a slight delay — thank you for your patience and support 🙏
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@regenerosuperfoods.com. We’ll do our best to make adjustments before it leaves our hands. Once fulfilled, we can’t make changes — but we’re always here to help find a solution.
What should I know about ordering during the summer months?
Some of our products — especially those with cacao or chocolate — may soften or melt in transit during hot weather. We currently do not use freezer packs, in alignment with our sustainability values.
To help minimize melting:
Order early in the week to avoid weekend delays
Bring your package inside quickly once delivered
If your product softens, just pop it in the fridge — it’s still safe, delicious, and effective 🍫❄️

How long will it take my account to be approved?
If you're applying for a wholesale or practitioner account, approval usually takes 1–2 business days while we verify your information. We’ll notify you as soon as it’s active.
